I was new to Palatine in 2002 and was hesitant to find a CPA that I could trust. Then I met Leslie Kotrba,
CPA. I think I just drove by and saw her office on Quentin Avenue and I knew immediately from the first day
that she would be my trusted advisor, my friend and my CPA. It has been nearly 10 years and I do not
know what I would have done without her!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Leslie is incredibly intelligent and was awed by her
knowledge and since then, I always received a tax refund because she conducts such due diligence for
not just me but each of her clients!!!!! When I converted to 1099 for a short time in 2010, I was dreading
the outcome. Leslie kept me informed and she and her team gave me clear instructions on what I needed

I think that she is a very good tax accountant but also a very bright person. She has been doing my taxes
for the past 16 years. I first contacted her to re-do calculations I had done by another firm. She saved me
thousands $$ in that one situation. Even though I moved out of Illinois ten years ago, I continue to have her
do my taxes. I can't imagine anybody who could do a better, more efficient job than Leslie. I've made some
other real estate investments over the past few years. Leslie is always the first person that I call to help me
with these financial decisions and their impact. She also does tax work for my adult children. I know they
have the same feelings and loyalty to her.
